SwiftRelay

Track rules: terms of service and refunds

Effective 2026-10-25

Rule 1: what you are using

SwiftRelay is an independent relay. It forwards your requests to third-party model providers and bills by the tokens each call consumes. Using the service means you accept these rules.

Rule 2: accounts and keys

An API key works like your password: whoever holds it can spend your balance. Keep keys private; losses from keys you leaked or lent out are yours to carry.

Rule 3: paying in advance

SwiftRelay is prepaid. Your balance is credit that pays for calls; it is not a cash deposit and earns no interest.

Rule 4: getting money back

Unused balance can be refunded within 11 days of the top-up, after deducting what was consumed and the payment provider’s fee. Consumed credit and top-ups older than 11 days are not refunded. Credit from referral rewards or promotions, including the sign-up gift, cannot be refunded or turned into cash; withdrawing referral rewards follows its own rules in the dashboard. Ask through the contact page and we handle it within 3 business days.

Rule 5: when something breaks

We work to keep the relay running but cannot promise 100% availability, and we are not liable for indirect losses caused by upstream outages or other events outside our control.

Rule 6: using it fairly

Use the service lawfully and within the model providers’ policies. Accounts used for abuse are switched off without a refund.

Rule 7: what the models write

Answers are written by third-party models. Check them before relying on them; we are not responsible for what they say.

Rule 8: what we record

For every call we store token counts and cost. We also keep the text you send as prompts (not system instructions and not the model’s replies) for 30 days, to look into abuse and billing questions; after that it is deleted automatically. Capturing raw requests for debugging is off by default and is switched on only for a limited number of calls when fixing a problem on your account.

Rule 9: these rules can change

These rules can be updated; the version on this page is the one in force.
